In terms of company engagement and job opportunities, the committee organize Job Fair as the hub for final year engineering students to find their future job place. This hub will include private sector, government sector and professional body that offer walk-in-interview session to all candidates. The committee also invite some awesome speakers to have a talk with public audience and make sharing moment with them in particular topic given by organizer.
This job fair is open to all final year students, fresh graduates that looking for job opportunities and any job seekers around Malaysia. You will be offered with :
Interview session
Interview session will provide an
opportunity to all attendees to get a good job. The interview is not just open
for final year students and fresh graduates from IPTA and IPTS but also for individuals
who are working to look for better job from other companies. Interview session
will begin at 8.00 am and last at 4.00 pm during job fair on the 16th
of May.
In addition to exhibitions,
companies who are invited will also open interview session to recruit the
employee for their company. Representative of company will make an assessment
and set the criteria required by an employee to work in their company. The
individual who wishes to be interviewed must bring along complete resume to
attend the interview session.
Technical Talk
There will be three techtalk talk
held during the Job Fair at Bilik Latihan 2, Level 6, Kolej Kediaman Keris Mas UKM which are:
Career talk will provide an opportunity to students especially final year students to understand better about career in engineering. They will be exposed to capability required to enter their respective field related to engineering profession. In addition, this talk will increase the knowledge of final year students in engineering profession. This talk also will expose the final year students of engineering ethics and the challenges in engineering profession.

Resume Clinic
As we know, to attend an interview session all candidates should be prepared with some technicalities especially resume. Resume is an important tool to ensure that the candidate is qualified for the job. This Resume Clinic will expose students or public to the most appropriate way of preparing a complete resume which shows all the qualities in them. They could know the art of impressing company or employer through their resume from this clinic. Expert from JobAdvisor will conduct this resume clinic. This will surely be the most precious part of Job Fair that no one should miss.
Coffee Corner
All along the day, coffee corner will be opened for attendees to enjoy the aromatic slurp freely. This coffee corner will be an attraction point for public to take part and make this Job Fair a happening event.
All companies and organizations are invited to join us and open the booth to grab the chance requiting employees among fresh graduates, job seekers and student for industrial training placement.
Here we provide a booth for each company with 3' x 3' with a tag prize RM500 for one-day full on 16th May 2012.
